We are thrilled to announce the release of our Imagine if… limited edition apparel series to celebrate the life and work of Sir Ken Robinson throughout the month of March!
The Imagine if… festival was created to honour the impact and legacy of the late educationalist Sir Ken Robinson. Sir Ken dedicated his life to transforming the culture of education and organisations with a richer conception of human creativity and intelligence. His firm contention was that a vibrant and healthy society depends on a huge variety of talents and interests, and that it is in our common interest to cultivate them.
Imagine if… takes this core message and channels it into a global festival designed to celebrate and champion the diversity of skills and passions that make human life so incredible, and that are essential for our cultural ecosystems to thrive.
Sir Ken wrote that “we don’t live in the world as other creatures do; we create the worlds that we live in.” It is therefore within our power to recreate it.
Imagine if… is a provocation to re-imagine the aspects of our lives that no longer serve us and all proceeds earned will be used to further this vital work to create a future for us all.
Shipping and Returns Policy
Shipping Responsibility
We strive to ensure that your shopping experience is smooth and satisfactory. Please be advised that it is the buyer’s responsibility to organize any shipping, customs, or import taxes that may apply. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and must be handled by the buyer according to their country’s policies and regulations.
Shipping Timeframes
All items are made to order. Production times vary depending on the product, but typically range from 5-10 business days. Once your order is produced, it will be shipped promptly. Delivery times will vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Returns and Exchange Policy
We uphold a standard returns and exchange policy to ensure customer satisfaction. Please note that we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges unless one of the following conditions applies:
- The item was damaged upon arrival.
- The item was misprinted.
- The item did not arrive.
- The wrong item was received.
If any of these situations occur, please contact us immediately to rectify the issue. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, a photo of the item in question must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Steps to Report an Issue:
- Contact our customer service team with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Provide a photo of the item showing the damage, misprint, or incorrect product.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
If approved, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as per your preference.
Cancellations
We understand that circumstances can change. However, cancellations cannot be guaranteed as items are made to order. Once an item has been sent to production, it cannot be cancelled.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that if the item is already in production, we will not be able to process the cancellation.
