All items are made to order. Production times vary depending on the product, but typically range from 5-10 business days. Once your order is produced, it will be shipped promptly. Delivery times will vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.


Returns and Exchange Policy

We uphold a standard returns and exchange policy to ensure customer satisfaction. Please note that we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges unless one of the following conditions applies:

  • The item was damaged upon arrival.
  • The item was misprinted.
  • The item did not arrive.
  • The wrong item was received.


If any of these situations occur, please contact us immediately to rectify the issue. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, a photo of the item in question must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Steps to Report an Issue:

  1. Contact our customer service team with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Provide a photo of the item showing the damage, misprint, or incorrect product.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

If approved, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as per your preference.


Cancellations

We understand that circumstances can change. However, cancellations cannot be guaranteed as items are made to order. Once an item has been sent to production, it cannot be cancelled.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that if the item is already in production, we will not be able to process the cancellation.
